Up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract may be cancelled by the contracting party by unilateral declaration without payment of a cancellation fee. Outside of this specified period, cancellation by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible subject to the following cancellation fees:

· Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total arrangement price

· Up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total arrangement price

· From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total arrangement price
